Do not buy this product. I went and bought this on my lunch break, b/c my neck and shoulders were killing me (from pilates). It barely produces any heat at all. I guess the batteries are supposed to make the vibrator work. The vibrator doesn't work at all(I just put brand new batteries in it.) I'm so upset about this product and more importantly that my neck and shoulders are still hurting.
